We have had a horrific experience with Aaero Heating.  We called in service for no heat.  The technician was at the property and hot wired the system in attempt to resolve the issue.  This fix failed two days later.  We were charged $650 for a failed repair.  When I called to speak with Dave, the owner of Aaero Heating, he was extremely rude and insulting when I asked for clarification as to why the charge was so high.  He refused to answer questions regarding the invoice. One of the charges was $180 just to put a ladder on the roof to see the HVAC unit.  Do not use this company.  The owner is filled with insults, the charges are inappropriate and the business is unethical.

Excellent service from start to finish!  Joshua (masked), was  on time, incredibly polite and an excellent technician and trouble shooter.  We've been happy with Aaero for 40 years. They never let us down.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We have used Aaero in the past, but stopped using them because they failed to keep appointments. We recently moved and decided to give them another chance. When we called in October, they scheduled an appointment 7 weeks out. When the day arrived for their visit, there was no sign of them. We called and were told that they didn't have our appointment on the books, we would have to wait another 2 weeks. We reluctantly said yes. That appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. Today, the day before the appointment, they called and said they could not keep it, that they had a little old lady with no heat to service tomorrow. While I am sympathetic to the lady, why couldn't they fix the lady today and keep our appointment tomorrow? DO NOT do business with these people!

They are local and they fixed the problem quickly and they work on the brand of old heater I have.

Just had Aaero Heating out to fix my furnace. They were quick to answer my phone call and schedule an appointment. Which I appreciate because it's very cold and going without a furnace sucks. I was quoted $129 dollars for a technician to come out and perform a diagnostic. The parts and repair would be additional. Seems reasonable. The diagnostic took all of 10 minutes and replacing the Hot Surface Ignitor took another 10 minutes. The tech arrived at 10am and handed me the bill by 10:26am. $125 in labor for the diagnostic. Okay, that was what I was quoted over the phone. Fair. The Hot Surface Ignitor part is $160! WAIT WHAT?! On Amazon the part is $22.95. Okay, they had the part in stock and warranty the part and their work, still $140 more? $285 for 26min work and a low cost part is unreasonable. Even if I paid $125 just to have the technician walk through the door, then pro-rate their hourly rate to 1/4 of an hour for the repair, that's another $31 more. And let's just be generous on the part and double it to $50, it would only be $206. amazon.com/Duralight-Fur…Before arranging for Aaero, I turned off the electricity, gas, removed the front panels and went through the diagnostic procedures outlined in the very thorough manual. The Hot Surface Ignitor was not coming on. I happen to have a power meter, so I disconnected the Hot Surface Ignitor and tested the electrical connection. Definitely getting power from the circuit board so that's not the problem. Definitely the Host Surface Ignitor. I tired to buy the part locally and replace it myself but could not get it (that is how I know it's $22.95 on Amazon and if I could ask my family to freeze through 2 day shipping I would). I shared my diagnostics with the tech. He conducted the same test and came to the same conclusion. The work entailed disconnecting one electric coupler between the circuit board and the Hot Surface Ignitor, removing one screw that holds the Ignitor in place and swapping in a new one.Almost $300 for 25min of work and a part bugs me.
