Mike said he could work on my car ordered a battery made an appointment following day . Next day I got a call from lady she said oh we ordered the wrong battery. I said okay so she said Mike was not around to order the right battery and hgone all weekend but if they ordered it no one was around to install it sorta kinda. Okay so you will have to wait until Tuesday because they are all on vacation so why did I have an appointment ? But we are going to pass on this appointment because we don't want to unhook your battery .So I called today to find out and Mike hung up on me. He said something like I'm not the right customer. This is called the runaround Entirely unprofessional.

Literally just walked in off the street when my battery died, got the work done there and had such a good experience that when our car started to fail about 4 months later this was the first place we called. Oliver's is great, check them out!
