TheCalifornia Norwalk Plumber

I got to say I was very dissapointed. I gave them a call early in the morning. I spoke with a lady and then another gentleman and we arranged a repair at 5pm. Fast forward to 5, 5:30 5:55 and no one came through. I even gave them my number and requested them to let me know if anything comes up. I called around 5:55 and only then I was told the driver couldn't make it today. What dissapointed me was I had to find out myself after waiting nearly a hour. I specifically made time for this today as well. The lady sounded like she didn't really care about the situation and there was no specific reason why he could not make it. She just pressed me to reschedule the next day. I normally don't publish negative reviews but this is my first time using their service. I mean talk about a bad first impression! Ill be looking for another place at this point.

We needed an emergency plumbing repair on our guest bathroom and found this company after internet search. They scheduled a same-day appointment, arrived when promised, examined the issue from the root and fixed it efficiently for a great price. I am really pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them for all your needs.

I called to install a new water filter in my kitchen sink. I have one but it stopped working a couple days ago so I ordered a new one and I need it hooked up. I called them and they had someone to help me within the next hour. They were fast and I paid a good price. Plumber was a gentleman definitely would call them back.

In a sea of unscrupulous plumbing contractors in California, it is refreshing to find someone who keeps their customers at the forefront of their mind and not $$$ only. Would certianly recommend! "

I have been looking for an honest and efficient plumber in my area the last few years. I'm glad I came across TheCalifornia, even better they are a family owned. They showed up when they said they would, and fixed everything quickly. I highly recommend.
