        Every time I come in they have a reason for not being able to serve me right away. On 2 different visits, they were at lunch at 2 different times. Once, they were out to lunch from 1-2pm, the next time, they were out to lunch from 2-3pm. Does their lunch change daily?? And being closed for lunch isn’t posted anywhere on their business hours. Secondly, I was asked to call ahead whenever I come in because if they’re on a phone call, they can’t see me. Has no one heard of multi-tasking at this place or are they really that understaffed? There’s never anyone else waiting when I arrive, yet I have to wait 10-30 minutes just for someone to talk to me. I understand Covid precautions but that’s not what this is ... this is just a case of L. A. Z. Y!
