As I write this review, it's 3 hours past when the owner Randy made an appointment to come to my home to repair my shower grout. This is a day after he failed to show up for yesterday's appointment, when I sat home and waited all day for him. A week earlier, Randy made and missed a third appointment that he set to come to my house. I bought into the friendly "we're a family business" and "you speak to the owner when you call" on his website. And I did speak to the owner and he was very nice on the phone, but then he flaked on every appointment, without the courtesy to call and let me know he's not coming -- and then he completely ghosted me after failing to show up, ignoring my texts and phones messages. Now, after reading multiple one-star yelp reviews and seeing that not only is he unreliable and unprofessional, but he also does poor work? I actually feel like I dodged a bullet.
