I had tried calling for an appointment, only for a woman to deliberately hang up on me after trying to check what times were available to make an appointment. Really disappointed at how people would get treated here.

i did my senior portraits here. i booked my session online weeks in advance. the day of, i was on my way there, but the studio said closed. i called and emailed them to let them know that i had an appointment. i tried both studiosthe one in northridge and the one in hollywood. neither of them picked up. apparently they were open, but only for appointments. it did not say that on their website and i had never been told that. this became a whole dilemma and i had to go to my school and get my principal to call them just so i could get my portraits taken. when i got there, it was a pretty long wait. the staff also was not the friendliest. i mean, the photographer was pretty nice and sweet, but other than that, not really. the one good thing i have to say is that my photos came out pretty nice. anyway, the session is pretty expensive. on top of that, the pictures are also extremely expensive if you want to buy them. some packages are $500-600, which is ridiculous. the service was nothing out of the ordinaryvery basicand the prices were unbelievable. if you can, get your senior portraits somewhere else. if youre not obligated to go here, maybe select a different studio.
