only one visit. very kind & accommodating staff. my boy Harvey Lee Wallbanger seemed happy after his grooming. next visit will hopefully go smoothly...if so, I'll update to 5 stars.

Avoid this place! Very inconsistent. Today I had an 8:30 appointment and nobody was there when I showed up. A groomer (who did not have a key to get it) explained that there was some kind of emergency and maybe I could come back later. This is the second time this has happened. After the first time I never even got a call to apologize for the inconvenience to me. But despite that, I decided to give them another chance because the place is convenient to my home but after this second experience of nobody being there when the business opens, I say never again. Unprofessional.
