I am absolutely disgusted by the level of care I received. I received a false positive for a stigmatized disease and I received poor treatment from Dr. Tiba. She criticized my choices for how I must have gotten the disease and refused to answer my questions about other ways I could have received the diagnosis other than the most common way. She did not request a retest, so I paid out of pocket on my own time and found out it was a false positive. I have continued to prove my innocence several times paying out of my own pocket for several retests and only received an apology from Facey after I submitted a formal claim. I found Dr. Tibas notes inaccurate and extremely undetailed, with no subjective portion indicating I thought the diagnosis was false. I am now left with hundreds of dollars worth of bills for appointments regarding a disease I dont have and was entirely Faceys fault. As someone in healthcare myself, I am so disappointed in the level of care and lack of rapport that was shown to me. I would never even think to treat a patient the way that Dr. Tiba has treated me. The only apology I received was from kind nurses who did not feed into the stigma of the disease as Dr. Tiba did.

after visiting the Dr and took lab tests no one called to let me know about my high cholesterol, they sent me a link to go and check the result myself, told them I work in aviation I have no idea what do all medical terms mean and if I need to tale any medicine? called twice somebody said , oh we are gonna make a note and someone will call you in three business days, Im like the result shows I have high cholesterol and some other more issues and someone gonna call me in three business days?!!!!! never go there again. still waiting for call!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed that the Facey medical group is tagged as one of the best medical group but they have a staff with the last name SNELL ( if that is how you spell it or if its actually her name ) who is rude , who cuts you off, who is not welcoming, who refuses to give number for customer relations, who is refuses to be friendly they should know that when someone calls their office they should understand that whoever is calling might be having problems or sick or medical concerns and they should be empathetic to whoever they are talking to. I was calling in behalf of my dadand because i am also a representative myself i know that they need to speak to the member to get authorization but the representative was rude because i mistakenly called my husband instead of my dad, she made rude comments, she then later said that she was just doing her job but she can do her job by BEING NICE AND RESPECTFUL! I really dont care what they say, but its how you say it that will make a lot of difference. I have filled complain regarding this doctors staff but she is refusing to give me a number for customer relations and said that she can just take the message and when i told her that i was complaining about her she was sarcastic about it. Its sad that one person can stain the reputation of the whole facey group. If they can not be nice to the family members of their members then that is so sad So i hope that someone will take notice and give attention to this as no one deserves to be treated that way! I will give that representative ZERO rating for customer serviceshe should be doing this job

Do not go to Dr Kim because of her negligence our son got diagnosed with autism late and we werent able to get him the help he needed early on. Always rushed us through the appointments and never listened to my concerns in regards to all the signs leading to autism. So sad and unfortunate that we put our trust and rely on these doctors for support and their practitioner skills are so poor negligent. Stay away from this so called pediatrician.
