        THIS PLACE HAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES, MY TEENAGER WOULD ANSWER THE PHONES WAY MORE PROFESSIONALLY THAN THEIRS. I PURCHASED SOMETHING FROM THEM TO GET FIXED LAST THURSDAY AND THEY PROMISED IT WOULD BE READY BY MONDAY IT'S ACTUALLY A GIFT, THEY CALLED TODAY AND SAID IT WON'T BE READY UNTIL THIS FRIDAY. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!

        very bad place. I paid for gold and it hasn't arrived. It was SUPPOSED to be here since Sunday and it still hasn't arrived. the employees are liers. they avoid people, they say they'll call back but never do! DON'T GO THERE YOU'D ONLY BE WASTING YOUR TIME!!! there's a jeweler right across who actually do know how to make great service
