image Excellent experience. My salesman, Andrew Palafox, was very knowledgeable and solicitous throughout the order and final purchase process. The sales manager was also very friendly and helpful. The paperwork process was very efficient with no pressure for up sale products.

image I leased a Chevy Silverado from Antelope Valley Chevrolet about a month or 2 ago. I had an issue with the carpet. I talked to Antelope Valley & they told me to take it to Rydell since it's close to me. I brought my truck in for Mike A to look at it. He informed me that since I didn't buy my truck from them they couldn't help me with the issue. I've been taking all my cars & trucks to Rydell for over 24 years so I was extremely disappointed that just because I didn't buy it from their dealership they were not inclined to help. A Chevy dealer is a Chevy dealer. I took it back to Antelope Valley Chevrolet & they said it was no problem. They ordered the carpet for me & will call me when it comes in so they can replace the carpet. Very disappointed with Rydell Chevrolet. Who cares what dealer sold you your car or truck? In the end you are representing Chevy. Boo Rydell Chevrolet & thank you Antelope Valley Chevrolet. I might have to reconsider taking my truck in for service to another Chevy dealer. Special thanks to Johnny Lopez for taking care of this carpet matter.

image Brought my corvette in for a rear main seal leak and was told by Mike that it also had a radiator leak when I called for an update on the vehicle. The work was approved by my third party warranty(4,000 dollar repair)and was fixed in 3 days which was very quick so Im grateful for that. I received the vehicle back on Thursday after 4:30pm drove home and parked the vehicle due to rain and work for the next few days. On Sunday my day off I decide to wash the vehicle and take it for a drive to make sure everything was good. First thing I noticed was my windows were left cracked open in the rain so my door had water marks on both sides.. no big deal Ill wipe it down. Next my driver side door now has a crack in the paint because it was smacked against a wall or vehicle. And lastly my splitter that was damaged but cosmetically looked good from afar now has two holes in it. Upon bringing it up to their attention on Tuesday (after calling over 7-8 times on Monday and Tuesday for a manager and being sent to voicemail every time) I was pretty much told I was on my own because the techs marked that it was damaged which I agreed and told the manager it was damaged but did not have to obvious holes in it. He explained to me how they take great care of corvettes at Rydell and told me all the things they do to keep them safe. I am now on my own to fix my vehicle that was damaged at Rydell Chevrolet after my warranty paid them out 4,200 dollars in repairs and I paid 445 out of pocket. PLEASE if you own a vehicle you cherish take videos of your vehicle after dropping it off and walk around your vehicle multiple times checking everything. Im sadly disappointed after a few years and having spent over 8,000 dollars in repairs at this dealer this is how I am treated. The splitter is less than 300 dollars to replace but theyre so adamant it came in like that. After this visit Im sadden to say it would be my last. BEWARE! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CARS AND OR CORVETTES.
