        Recently had great customer service! Many, many years ago I was a regular at this store. Then one birthday I received a B&BW gift card from my son in law. When I tried to use it, I was rudely told Id have to go to another one of their locations, such as the mall. I explained that this was my location. Needless to say I stopped using this store and any products in any of their stores and their product line. Recently, I was with a friend and she had to purchase something for her daughter so I decided to go in with her. I was pleasantly surprised that the sales person was very helpful and spent time with both of us with our questions.
