I went in after a kitchen accident and everyone on staff was helpful and kind. I especially want to shout out Xiomara Fernandez, McKenna, and Andy for making me feel calm and talking me through what was necessary to treat my injury.

Called the front desk to inquire about Covid testing was told they accept last patients at 6pm made it before 6pm and was told they accept last patient at 5:45pm. Someone needs to teach the staff what hours of operations actually mean. Very annoyed and not happy with their actions and attitude. Will definitely not return here or refer anyone if they lack in the front desk information department God knows how their patient care actually works.

Had a great visit here today! After a few days of unbearable foot pain, I finally decided to get myself checked out today. There was no wait, and I was immediately by Juan the Xray tech. He handled me with such care and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my visit. After my xray I was seen by Dr. Iskandar. Let me just say, as someone who has been to my fair of urgent cares in Los Angeles, Dr. Iskandar is the best! Not only was he he able to tell me exactly what was going on with my foot, and put together an effective recovery plan for me, he even talked to me again later that day while I was picking up my perscription. Dr. Iskandar, and the entire NoHo urgent Care went above and beyond today, I will definitely be back ( hopefully not to soon hehe)

I love this place! There is never a long line, they are always so sweet and patient and they are GREAT with kids! Highly recommend!

Wow I have never felt less cared for. I went to get a step & rapid covid test. After waiting for the results of my covid test, the guy came into the room and told me to follow him. He rushed me to the check out area without even telling me my results. They ended up being negative, but there was no follow through with the appointment. No one told me my options or helped me with any sort of relief ideas for my symptoms. After I was rushed through payment, I wanted to let him know how uncared for I felt and how I was scared because I didn't know the results of my test right away. He couldn't even look at me and dismissed my feelings. The extra star is for the doctor who eventually came out and somewhat acknowledged my feelings. Part of your service is caring for others. This place was not helpful at all & made me feel worse than when I arrived. I left in tears.
