I Have been using ARG appliance for a few years now. I can’t tell you how lucky I am to have found them. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely reasonable. They have been able to come out on late notice and do whatever they can to a accommodate their customers. That is so appreciated. I highly recommend. Also love that it is a family business.

Had an old Whirlpool on its last leg, and Singh advised me not to invest any more money into it, recommended getting a new or refurbished one instead. I've since bought a new Whirlpool, and am so glad I didn't waste anymore money on that old beast! Had a great chat with Singh, and he charged me a minimal fee for his consult.

Absolutely horrible. We paid almost $400 to repair our fridge and it's still having the same problems. We've spent hundreds of dollars on food that has gone bad because of it (as we assumed the repairs were okay and had been made properly). This is absolutely unacceptable and we will be making sure we take action. Editing this review further. This company is a joke. The only helpful employee is Sam (again, so sorry you took the brunt of my frustration). They came out a second time to repair the fridge. Still had the exact same problem. Scheduled them to come out again and the technician just never showed up. Every employee and technician I have come across has been beyond rude and has no idea how customer service works. We have wasted tons of money on not only the repair but food and time. The only saving grace is they finally issued us a full refund, mostly because we didn't want to deal with each other anymore. Just don't waste your time and money on this place. They are not looking out for you, just themselves. **Edit: I'm editing this review after phone calls with the supervisor. After much back and forth, we eventually did get our fridge fixed by this company. However, the series of events should never have occurred in the first place. So, while they honored our payment and finally fixed our refrigerator, I shouldn't have had to spend hours on the phone with them to make sure we were treated with respect.

Most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Called them over to fix my refrigerator gaskets. He came within a week of my call which was great. Turns out the model number on the refrigerator wasn’t visible so he told me to find the number and order the parts myself. He charged me $65 for the visit but told me it would be refundable once he comes to install the parts. I spent $800 to order the parts after spending weeks tracking down the appliance information. I call them up to set up an installation and now he tells me that he can’t install it because I ordered the parts myself. Granted this is purely speculation, he probably wanted to make money off the parts too. I don’t have a problem with people making money, but don’t tell me one thing and make me jump through hoops to get the equipment to complete the job and then out of nowhere tell me that he can’t do it. The conversation ended with him cursing me out. Super unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and find somebody else to repair your appliances. Shocked that they have such a good rating, must be family and friends.
