- If you need certain equipment make sure to ask beforehand, apparently sometimes their website is out of date and they might not actually have the mic you were hoping for. - They have cameras in all the rooms and they said they are filming you the entire session, which I find creepy. - Decent rooms, but bring your own engineer. - Vocal booth room is more than twice what I usually pay and too overpriced

Not the studio it used to be. In the past few months the quality of the engineers had decreased drastically. You constantly get staff who don't know what they're doing and can't run the rooms, requests go on unfulfilled, and the final product is worse. Yet the prices have drastically gone up despite quality and services provided not also going up. There's much more affordable studios in the same area which unfortunately are now more dependable than Clearlake is, and that's coming from a former regular.
