I went in wanting to get a checking account with them, I wanted to go somewhere personal as I would be telling her my SSN and other sensitive details, lady who I made appointment with said no we have to do it at the teller with people everywhere, they don’t care about how you feel

They don’t do anything here; security card: I been told apply online. Ok, I need to send money to a person with a bank account in your bank… do it with Zelle…(??????!!) I insisted in do it at the window and the girl repeated I have to do it through Zelle. Why I’ll drive all the way here, to do everything online??? F* this bank, look already all the negative reviews

There were only 2 tellers and it took forever to get helped. There was a customer that wanted to do some business banking but he got tired of waiting and just left. When I finally did get helped though, the woman was very polite and helpful.
