    This is a garbage company. They were assigned to come and fix a leak underneath the kitchen sink by the First American Home Buyers Protection Insurance Company. The technician never showed up and the next day I called their office, they told me he was at the condo and nobody was home!!! I was in and the door was left open. They are bunch of crooks and never trust them. A useless, unprofessional company. I have called the insurance company and made a complaint. Never use them otherwise you will be very sorry.

    Real bad experience with this company Fernando came out to detect slab leak under my home. I told him that I had previously had a plumber come out a few days ago and what he did (temperature gauge like and water listening device) to detect leak w/o much result, and that to pinpoint the leak they would need to use some form of compress air through the pipe system to better determine the leak. Fernando concur and said it would be through one of the hose outlet (even gestured to it). He said he won't waste my time and walked to his truck. I thought he was going to make a phone call as I went into the house, and eventually come back to me and explain further on what should or can be done, but he took off w/o telling me ANYTHING. Just took off!!! A day later another plumber, William knocked on my door and was here to detect the leak. What...., so I said you guys took off so I found somebody else. He told me the other guy doesn't do leak and he does. At this point it was like...what in my mind?!?!?! I made an appointment, waited for 4 hours for Fernando not to detect water leak? And now you are here on a different day to detect water leak? Enough is enough. On another note. I briefly skim through the review here and agrees w/ the people mentioning that the customer support rep. is horrible. Elena or Eleni?, was very uninterested to answer my questions and truly does not seem like she wants to work at all. Customer rep/support is the face front of a company along with the people going out to fix the problem. How can they be so horrible? There are other plumbing companies out there! *I also posted this on Yelp*

    I wish there was a way to give zero or negative stars. THIS COMPANY WAS THE WORST. Technician was supposed to come today between 12 and 4. I called before twice to ask for a call before they come because I'm 10 minutes away at work. I called at 12:15 and they asked for address and put me on hold and came back and said he would be there in an hour. I said he'll call before he comes, right? They said yes. I called at 2:45 and they asked for my address and put me on hold while they contacted the technician., she came back and said he was still on a job and would call after it was done. I called at 3:50 and they asked for my address again and put me on hold again and this time they told he had been there at 12 NOON!! So why in the f___ (I don't normally swear at all) did they NOT tell me this when I called twice before that. And they told me, its a two story home, right? And I said no, I live in a condominium. Then they said well there were two addresses in Santa Clarita with part of my street name. I looked it up on Zillow and there was none.I also her for the similar address to mine and it was off by only one number (yea right and that it was in Los Angeles) And my son was there the whole time and never heard the door bell. I am so MAD right now. I asked them what are they going to do about this technician that lied or the phone people that lied. She said well he was there so nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and and she said I'm the manager. And then they said they would have to assign me a new time which would be Monday morning. I said NO THANK YOU and mentioned something about how I agreed with the horrible reviews on YELP and that I would add my own review and then I hung up. I read the horrible reviews when I heard they were assigned to me before this happened and I begged First American Home Warranty to assign me a different company but they said they couldn't until I have a legitimate complaint after an actual call. Thank goodness, the excellent person I got at First American today voluntarily admitted to me that they were a horrible company and that he would take them off my account permanently. THANK GOD. And he put through a case to First American Warranty Customer Relations Department. I hope they take that company off their list permanently. so others do don't have to go through this too. First American is ranked in the top ten. They won't keep that rating if they continue to send out this company. Hopefully they get the message that this is not a company that deserves to stay in business because of them.

    Is there a way I can give 0 stars? My family also has First American Buyers Unprotection. Yesterday, when I called, the unfriendly-toned receptionist said they would come today between 10am-2pm. I called back today and she changed her tune to 11am-3pm. Their on-hold commercial is not only irritating, but untrue. All 3 times that I called, she had me hold as soon as she answered the phone. The commercial says "5-7 minutes." It was 9 minutes on hold the first time. 20 minutes on hold the second time. 20 minutes on hold the third time. Then, she made me hold another 9 minutes the last time, when I told her that the plumber still wasn't here, even though it was already an hour and a half after the originally-arranged time range. She told me that he tried calling. Not true. The on-hold commercial also says they're friendly. Not true. She contradicted me when I told her that yesterday she said 10am-2pm. My tip: if First American Home Buyers tries to assign them, I will recommend that my sister drop them if they don't give me another company.
