This Man is a con artist. He Constantly kept adding different policies on my account, overcharging me, and when i called him to ask about the charges, he was condescending, used profanity towards me, and hung up. Stay away from this agency. STAY AWAY FROM IKE. They're are many Statefarm agents in north hollywood, and burbank. Geno Works or used to work in the office. she is Great, Friendly, kind and worth working with... I would ask for her if you can get in touch with her or if shes still there.

if I Could give them zero stars I would. They always over charge me. All of a sudden my auto insurance went from $112 to $ 142 to $189 to finally $243 in practically less than a year. All they do is steal costumers money. I called and all they can tell me was "oh well its because you're the only one in the policy so basically that's why it went up" I would stay away from this company/location. I ended cancelling my policy and went with Mercury Insurance and they lowered my payment by $125.
