We used Mor Air to install a new AC unit and repair ducts for a home that had a unit dating back several decades. The staff was incredibly polite, responsive, and timely. Their work-time estimate was incredibly accurate which was crucial, as we planned to move on the same day they were finishing up the work. Would absolutely recommend their service to others. This is the second time that Mario has come to my rescue. My central heating broke down in the middle of a cold stretch. I called the office and Amy scheduled Mario to come out an hour later. Mario arrived on time and broke the news that a motor needed to be ordered. While it’s an expensive part, I knew to trust that Mario would give me the best price possible - his rates are much lower than others and he charges what he tells you during the estimate. Mario and his assistant, Jesus, are awesome. They arrive on time, professionally attired, super friendly, very knowledgeable, and best of all, I feel very safe having them in my home. It’s even more important during COVID to be able to trust the people who you rely upon. 100% I will always call Mor Air for all my heating and cooling needs! Service: HVAC repair
