Made an appointment, day of the appointment we show up and front desk says their is no appointment made for me. Dentist not in office, couldnt see a dentist. When I get home I call the office and a different person says they see the appointment and that the doctor was in the office and wasnt sure why they turned us away. Took time out of schedule, took kid out of school early to make this appointment and was not helped. Stay away.

Sylvia, Jaime, and Dr youmtoubian we're all very nice and professional. It was a good exsperience . The Dr and other people made me feel very comfortable

I had a great experience during my first visit here. Everyone in the office had great attitude. I always had a lot of questions but they were very patient with me ( not every dental place did so based on my previous experience). The only issue to me was the price, which is higher than other dental I went and I am insured. Maybe the treatment plans are different. But you always want to compare a few more options before making the decision. Otherwise, this is a great place for you to check out

If you're looking for a new dentist office, KEEP SEARCHING. There is zero transparency in regard to pricing. I was initially quoted a wisdom tooth extraction at $400 by TWO STAFF MEMBERS, only to find when I got there that it was actually $1200 with an ADDITIONAL 'unpaid balance" on my record of $700+ that I was never informed of. I tried to email a manager to get some clarity in the hopes of starting a constructive dialogue about my unpleasant experience, and I have yet to get a response from management. Don't walk, RUN away.
