We used Titan for the retrofit on the building I manage in Hollywood. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete everything we asked for. Adir, the foreman, was who I corresponded with most. He was there to address any issues and was very knowledgeable. The workers were polite and courteous. The finished product looks great. I absolutely recommend this company.

We recently used Titan for a soft story retrofit on an apartment building we own and could not be happier with the quality of the work. We went with Titan's bid because they were by far the most prompt and responsive , even setting up an in-person meeting with Ilya the project manager and Eran the owner to walk us through precisely what the job would entail. They were incredibly transparent in regards to the process and the cost, which was hugely reassuring when we were deciding who to give such an important job to. They didn't attempt to submit the lowest possible bid, nor did they attempt to overbuild to drive up the price but rather delivered a solution that made sense for the layout of the building. Their responsiveness continued throughout the process, which went almost unbelievably smoothly. All the workers they brought in were skilled and cleaned up after themselves every evening. All in all, working with Titan made this project go so smoothly we almost forgot it was happening.
