Love this store! The manager Ebany is extremely helpful and efficient. My mom and I first met her at the North Hollywood arts district location, and was so happy that she could help us with any questions with our phones or account. Yesterday we went to this location and she resolved several issues for us in her characteristically efficient and friendly manner. Ebany consistently goes above and beyond to help customers with any questions they might have or new plans and products that they would like to consider. Will definitely be returning again and again to visit Ebany for all of our Verizon needs!

I stopped by a few days ago to check out what deals they had available with the 4th of July weekend coming up. Even though I did not end up purchasing anything during my visit, the staff was amazing. All of my questions were answered and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stop by again. The office was very clean as well.
