West Coast Dental of North Hills

Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this dentist office. Was scheduled for a 6 month cleaning and when they were about to performed a guy came in and said they couldnt do the cleaning because supposedly the insurance havent paid. Wasted 2 hours for nothing! They should have better communication and customer service skills. They shouldve verified before having my come in! Not to mentioned this appt was scheduled a month before!

I went in there too see the oral surgeon , best doctor hands on . Ive had minimal procedures done in the past else where and have left with excruciating pain followed with days after . This doctor did an immense of work I needed and I left with no pain and continued with ZERO pain day of and after . He was super attentive and made sure I felt safe and comfortable ! Highly recommend the oral surgeon at West Coast Dental . Not too mention the staff was phenomenally nice and friendly !!

The people who work on the Office in Sepulveda and Nordhoff there are in a bad mood, they do not give you an explanation about a job that they had done me right there, it was an unpleasant experience, She had an appointment last week and they gave her a price, and after 3 days they made an appointment with her again and the increased the price by 70% more, justifying that they did not review the insurance properly. Obviously we left and went to another place where they treated her much better.
