These people are not reliable. They have low quality people working for them, and they do not stand behind their word or their work. Don't use them.

Horrible service and robbed me of $100. Elliot came in, I introduced myself and then he did. I showed him the washer explained what the problem was and he didn't say anything else but pointed where I needed to initial the $100 fee to pay for coming out. I did.  He looked at the washer ( LG ) turned it on, did nothing else but write some numbers down and told me it would be $799 to fix it.  I wanted to take a picture to send to my husband and he wouldn't let me.  He demanded the payment and I said that's it?! He said I needed a new motor. He was in my house for 5 min. I felt so uncomfortable and wish my husband was home. We called asking for a refund and they said they would refund us, they still haven't and that's calling twice to some guy named Mike. Later the code came up on the washer I googled it ordered the part on amazon. I fixed it the next day with my husbands help and it only cost is $18!!! No stars, but you know the rules! They are scammers and he acted like he didn't know English and tried to talk with his Russian or what ever accent.

I have had Mike come out twice to fix my washing machine.  Both times, he has been very prompt, very professional, and I trust his work and his suggestion for repair.  He has never tried to force a repair.  He leaves it up to the customer to decide if they want to have the repair done.  My washer is an older 1991 model.  The first repair was easy to fix.  This second service call, it was determined that the part to fix it would be a little costly.  I decided to wait to replace this part.  I will probably end up buying a new washer.  For future repairs on any of my appliances, I will definitely call upon Mike.  I would recommend him to all of my family & friends.
