Candy is a great help!!!! Especially during such a hard time of moving my Mom's things. She made the entire process smooth as can be. Candy is really friendly and funny with a beautiful smile. She is always in a pleasant mood. I definitely recommend Fort Locks Self Storage. It's clean, safe and a great location. Thanks again.

Process was super simple from renting to move out. No issues at all.

This mini storage in Grover Beach is a joke. First of all we found a dead rat with maggots inside our boxes. We complained to the manager he assured us he would take care of the problem when in reality nothing has been done to take care of the infestation. Went to storage recently and our stuff has more rat feces and who knows what else in our new boxes that we bought and cleaned everything out. On top of that our belongings are getting eaten by the rats. This is unacceptable and very upsetting. They don't care about your belongings clearly. You pay monthly rent thinking you'd have a secure and clean storage come to find out all your belongings are getting ruined. Don't waste your money on this storage facility!!
