        They treated my 20 month old puppy very poorly on her first cleaning ever. The tech dragged my dog acrosss the floor. She never explained the process to me and she couldn’t even get my dogs name right. She spent 10 seconds just grabbing the leash from me and dragged my dog and traumatized her and shoved her in a room for 15 seconds and came back out dragging my dog across the floor while yanking on her leash She didn’t spent any time to relax my dog. And came out and said she can’t do it. And walked away from me. Rude. Unprofessional. And far from caring. Be sure to ask your vet who they use before you book. Avoid this company.
