I returned specifically in-store so I wouldn't get fined the $5 fee for online returns. Not only did they fine me the $5, they did the return completely incorrect and I have been on hold with their customer service for the last 50mins.
I returned 6 pairs of shoes from 2 different orders. The gentleman at the store promised me the return would be done correctly even though he shipped them in the same box and they would credit the two orders.
Many weeks later, they process the return and they acted as if I only returned 4 pairs of shoes from the cheaper order. I'm missing a significant amount!
EDIT: After an hour on hold I gave up. Called again today, spent about 35mins getting it sorted out. Only managed to have one fee waived, but I guess better than nothing. Hopefully I get the correct amount back this time.

This Sperry store is the only store in North America. They often offer great deals, 2 for $99. I recently bought a pair for sailing which has been working great in water. Fantastic store with friendly staff.
