I started my house search process by reaching out to several agents. Susan was the first to respond to my request, the first to schedule showings with me, and the first to be forthcoming on helping me align my expectations with the reality of Seattle's crazy market. Her expert knowledge and honesty helped me understand what was actually attainable within my budget. This was a time saver for us both, for which I am grateful for.
