Suzie Schuder, herself is a very nice person. She is extremely busy and and orders many very expensive tests (blood work), that my insurance didn't cover. The kind of medication she gave me made feel like I was about to crawl out of my skin. The last medication she gave me I had to go to the ER because at first it almost had me comatose and then I was in a horrible state of shaking and panic and anaphylactic shock. I had to take a cab (because my insurance would not pay for an ambulance) to UCI. It was a horrible experience..

Dr. Suzie Schuder MD, is the very best doctor, shrink, advisor that is to be.Going on 14 years now and this awesome doctor has me as cured as cured can be.I trust this goddess with my most inner confidential secrets and she always comes through to me as the best advice and her being a somewhat chemist to her skill in mathematics leaves me confident that I can follow her advice that includes my major questions.During this COVID-19 trauma, Dr. Schuder has continued in her ways and we have our sessions via Zoom, telephone to whatever it takes. The best doctor I've ever seen! Truly, Lisa Stone

This woman has changed mine and my family's life for the better. Where other psychs have tried to shove benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium, Ativan, etc.) down my throat, Dr. Schuder takes a holistic approach with her patients and has blood work done to get to the root of the problem checking endocrine levels, cortisol levels, thyroid levels. It was worth every penny to be honest. In our first few sessions, we went over my family history and the results of the blood work and urinalysis which was so enlightening. I had been going through my life with low thyroid and cortisol levels and wouldn't have known had it not been for her. Her psychoanalysis techniques have me leaving each session with a "lightbulb" moment. I love how her approach to prescriptions and supplements are holistic and naturally derived rather than more popular synthetic forms. She is kind, nurturing, funny, and very approachable. Her front office staff is very flexible and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Schuder. I swear me and my husband would be divorced without this woman helping each of us.

I knew in my 20's that something was not right, I was just too tired and achy all the time. I have a strong work ethic, so i pressed on. In my 30's I began to see specialists because my joints were swelling and I was retaining fluids. No matter what I did, I started packing on the pounds, which only aggrevated my other symptoms. I was becoming more and more depressed. I had no energy to do the work that I loved. Doctors would shame me, stating that if I stopped eating I would lose the weight. When I told them I did not think my thyroid was functioning properly they would just smile. My 40's brought fibroids and a hysterectomy, along with diagnoses of Lyme Disease and Epstein Barr. My 50's brought Gall Bladder surgery, followed by my going on Federal Disability for a swollen body and legs that I could not stand upon. I weighed around 220 and was miserable. In my 60's I moved to California to help a family member put the pieces back together after a major bi-polar life shattering breakdown. Dr. Schuder was the psychiatrist we had scheduled him to meet. She took one look at me and knew that I had varrious deficiencies, thyroid issues, and that I needed hydrocortisone. I felt like I was a dying plant hurled over the pot's edge gasping for life. Dr. Schuder saved my life. She knew exactly how to mend me. I am down to 160, and have energy to do gardening for hours. Dr. Schuder listened to me. She embraced my spirit. She brought me back to health. I will always be thankful for the kindness and love shown to me by her.
