The Michaelangelo of noses! Dr. Aaron Kosins is the best rhinoplasty surgeon. I’m only 2 days post-op but I have seen enough already to know this man is truly gifted. My nose looks amazing already. It’s incredible! Zero bruising, no pain, beautiful results, the staff is phenomenal! Nurse Judy is the best nurse I have ever met. It’s Labor Day weekend and she’s reaching out to me consistently to make sure I’m doing okay. She is so patient and sweet, I feel comfortable asking her questions because I can feel she truly cares. They have set the bar so high and it is no wonder why Dr. Kosins is a five star rated doctor. If you are looking for the best rhinoplasty surgeon, you found him! He’s the one.

Im 3 years post op for rhinoplasty with Doctor Kosins and he has always been there for me since day 1. Doctor Kosins is the most kind and awesome surgeon there is. I can say from first hand experience that Doctor Kosins really does take good care of his patients even years after the initial surgery. Doctor Kosins really does take the time to listen to what YOU want and the importance of that shines through in the final results. I can say from first hand experience that Doctor Kosins and his team will be there for you long after your initial rhinoplasty procedure, and to me that alone is priceless. If I had to do this over again I wouldn’t change a thing. I feel very fortunate to have Doctor Kosins as my plastic surgeon, he really is THE BEST!

I was so anxious about getting rhinoplasty until I found the absolute best surgeon, Dr. Aaron Kosins, and took a leap of faith. My fears were preventing me from taking action most of my life. On 5/14 I finally did it! It was the best decision I ever made! Not only was the hospital bed nice and warm when I arrived, but the entire hospital staff were so friendly, supportive, and patient. The excellent level of care I experienced from Day 1 never stopped...from speaking with the most amazing nurse, Judy, to meeting Dr. Kosins for the first time and having a mini meltdown (overwhelmed with emotions about facing my fears). I was Anxiety Girl but they reassured me and they were right! I couldn't believe how smooth everything was in recovery, just following their directions. I could breathe from my nose the moment I woke up from surgery, was just stuffy. My throat was sore from the air tube but they offer you ice chips or water and it went away later that day. I liked using Tylenol dissolve packets which melt in your mouth and opened the antibiotic or crushed Benadryl and Percoset and put those in yogurt, applesauce or jello pudding so I didn't have to swallow pills. I trained for the big day by eating clean, getting rest, building up positivity and excitement, and letting go of fears. The surgery center is really nice. The anesthesia is the coolest experience because you slowly fall asleep and slowly wake up and they give you anti-nausea medication so I never got nauseous during recovery. I also never had pain or bruising. I didn't have any packing or splints and although I could breathe through my nose every day after surgery, I preferred mouth breathing and will continue to until the swelling subsides. Ordering food deliveries was awesome and something to look forward to during recovery. I ate alot of fruit in smoothies, since you can't have vitamins prior or after surgery, I made sure to have juices in the fridge and let myself eat carbs and get my nutrients through food. I had to wait to eat hot soup or spicy foods until Recovery Day 5. My best advice is to listen to Nurse Judy every day, read the paperwork they give you, and follow their guidelines, they are the experts, trust them and they will help you have a successful recovery. Remember, if this Anxiety Girl can do it, you definitely can!

I’d like to thank Dr Aaron Kosins for the rhinoplasty surgery he’s done it to me, it’s a transformation and life changer, I knew in advance that I have a bit tricky situation and I’ve done a thorough research before booking with him, and exactly went for what I anticipated, highly professional. Also for his clinic staff are very helpful and prompt, they’ve been following my case step by step and call me almost daily before and after the surgery. And thanks a lot for the Newport Beach Surgery Center which was really comfortable.
