They deserve zero stars. Every review about them damaging cars is true. The employees rude and dirty, pretty sure the idiot wearing pajamas yesterday was high as a kite checking us in. My truck was returned with scrapes and scratches. Convenient location but you will pay for parking here in more ways than one. Never parking with them again. Most disgusting low class valet/garage Ive ever paid for.

Told NO HANDICAPPED PARKING!!! Dirty, nasty and they will back your vehicle into walls, poles, other vehicles and laugh! NEVER PARK HERE!!!

Pricey, but located close to the docks for whale watching and the Catalina Flyer, and I hadn't really researched parking, ahead of time. It is literally "stacked" parking, so they'll ask you when you how long you plan to stay and place your car accordingly. I assume if either you or the person whose car is placed beneath yours is wrong and you either come back earlier or they come back later than expected, that would mean moving cars around in a place with very limited space, which could lead to delays. The pricing was explained to me when I arrived, and I was fine with that, just for the convenience factor. I also liked the security of the car being in a structure with limited access, as opposed to on the street, so no one's going to break your window to burglar your car. When I came back, I paid, and my car came down quite promptly. Did not notice any damage or missing items. So, for me, the experience was fine, if pricey. Thirty bucks was the daily maximum.

At first, this place seemed promising and had kind customer service. But upon driving back home, my tire pressure sensor comes on. Sure enough I see this puncture on my tire releasing air and a nice little ding on my rim to go along with it. I dont normally leave reviews but I would highly recommend not going there. Other places have cheaper offers. They have no number for me to call and discuss this with. So if you park here and inevitably get your car damaged, expect nothing in return from their end.
