I started seeing Dr. Nirvana 3 months ago to address quite a few things: hashimotos, gut health and hormone balance. Prior to seeing her, I ate really healthy and excercised regulary, and yet I still felt low energy, bloated and had painful periods. I've learned so much about my body and what foods that I can eat to best nourish myself based on my genetics. She set me up with a treatment plan: including vitamins and other suggestions to set me on the best path for my health journey. My 3 month follow up labs showed great improvements. I've been far less bloated, lost a few pounds, feel more energized and have pain-free periods! I still have to work on my hashimotos markers but my antibodies are going down in the right direction! She has deep medical expertise and is the only doctor that has been able to track down the root cause of health concerns that I have been dealing with for years. Dr. Nirvana is the most educated, experienced, and well-researched doctor I have ever worked with in treating my PCOS. She has taught me so much about what my particular body requires by assessing its needs on a cellular systemic level She is kind, encouraging, and non-judgemental in her approach with her patients. She provides thorough diagnostic testing which helps to inform her individually designed treatment plans, while making effortless adjustments based on progress, at a pace that the patient can work with. If there are any changes in test results or symptoms, Dr. Nirvana immediately knows what to do and adjusts my plan accordingly. While I am still working through my own treatment plan, I feel that I finally know exactly what my body needs and what I have to do to restore my cycle and ultimately, my overall health and wellness.
