Homepoint financial keeps telling us the checks in the mail but we are not receiving it, plus the customer service lady on the phone was rude! Stay away from this home financial company. I’m not talking about this specific company in Newport Beach, I’m talking about Homepoint Financial Corporation

They don't call me back and I have called and emailed them several times. I have signed all the paperwork and they keep saying they will contact me but it's been a month and nothing. They are trying to avoid my refinance because it is a lower rate than currently but per contract I have until the next few days but they aren't keeping their end of the contract. My lawyer will be contacting them tomorrow.

The worst company ever, be careful with your escrow money, they didn't send me the escrow check from 5 months ago. Every time I called, they said the check was sent out but I didn't receive anything, I will have my attorney sue them for that money and for the interest of 5 months I have been waiting.
