Ms. Lori is sooo lovely and Helpful and Amazing with all my needs and concerns!!! I had to try 10 different medical supply stores for my needs. And then one lovely day I met a woman whose name is LORI. LORI IS MY SAVING GRACE! Even though I had many struggles in finding the right medical appliances and struggled in finding them; she has always come to my aid. She has gone above and beyond and over exceeded all my expectations. She calls me all the time to give me updates( a rarity in today's customer service). I just want to send a huge THANK YOU TO LORI for taking such good care of me. I truly consider her a rarity. Hands down, she is the best! Sam

I dropped in to check out wheelchairs for my 92-year-old mother after she broke her leg. Lori recommended a transport chair instead of a wheelchair for better in-home maneuverability. I am so glad we followed her suggestion; it worked out perfectly! Adapt 2 is located in Newport Beach and conveniently located near my home and my mother's residence. I would travel much farther for the excellent customer service!

Great store with lots of medical equipment. Sho was very very helpful in answering all of our questions and making recommendations.

Laurie and her team were lifesavers when we were dealing with a challenging time with my grandmother. They were kind respectful and very helpful in getting a hospital bed delivered with very short notice. Through the term of the lease, the staff at Adapt 2 It was attentive helpful and reliable, in turn making our lives easier. We are very grateful for all they did for our family!
