So happy to have found a clinic with MDs that are trustworthy and ready to support anyone leaning towards alternative medicine. I have a family member taking a statin drug for the heart. I spoke to a doctor at Whitaker Wellness Clinic who sure enough, practices medicine in alignment with what I had been reading about statin drugs. He told me that they can take you off statin drugs. They understand what they do and are opposed to their use. They can substitute anti-cholesterol meds and prescribe COQ10 supplements!

*Horrendous* customer service and billing departments!! After back and forth with an appointment person *no* appointment was set up. Then imagine my surprise when I got a reminder call for a non existent appointment. I immediately called and let them know I don't have an appointment, if they have something on their books remove it, its wrong. Then a month or so later I get a bill for a no show appointment. Rather than immediately correct their error I am given the run around by rude people. Twice they messed up and I'm supposed to spend my time getting a run around on the phone. This should have been handled immediately and an apology given. I would not go here. If you speak to anyone there write down their name and record the conversation. They add more stress to you life. AVOID this place!! I see others have posted issues with the customer service and billing. I think filing with the attorney general and BBB would be appropriate (office practice is so poor its criminal).
