CAKE

FRAUD!!! AVOID THEM!!! We signed a contract with them and they refused to honor the written contract and saying there was an "understanding" between us and CAKE which contradicts our written contract! So since we were still in trial period we asked to cancel our contract which they made extremely hard to do and we had to send several emails over a few weeks before they accepted! Not only that AFTER we TERMINATED our contract with them and got a written confirmation; they continued to charge our credit card and refuse to issue us a refund even though they agreed to cancel our contract and charged our account AFTER the termination of the contract! I don't know if their software works or not (it was supposed to be done by January but it wasn't ready until March that we asked to cancel) but I could tell you nobody that we dealt with at CAKE has any integrity or honesty!

this company sends a lot of SPAM. Asked them to stop it. Went quiet, and now it starts all over again. Don't eat this cake or it will hunt you endless. Somebody should send these people on an inbound marketing/sales course.
