Open interview, pays people 35% commission. I never heard of anything that low. Requires full time and no benefits

Cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this group. Once I transferred my funds it was difficult to get a response from Joyce Lavin. Then, she set up an incorrect and surprise withdrawal from my bank account for $7,200!!! I had to put a stop payment and go through a lot of other bank issues. I also received bad financial advise from her. She told me if I started an IRA, I could reduce by tax liability. She was completely WRONG. My tax person confirmed, in this instance, that was not the case. As a result I had to pay a HUGE tax bill at the end of the year :(. So, now I'm trying to cancel the IRA to pay off the taxes and more problems and expense have occurred. To cap it off, she offered to call the IRA company and ask some questions. When I followed up with her to find out the answers she wouldn't call me back. Instead, Chuck Major called me back. He started the conversation saying that Joyce couldn't call me back b/c the company had given her a month off until she could come back with a "better attitude." WEIRD and untrue. He laughed and said she was there. He then said he had never done this kind of withdrawal but "nothing could be gained" by calling the company and asking the company questions. He then went on to arrogantly give me advice on a medical matter. When I said "Thank you for your advice" he hung up on me! I called back and asked if we were disconnected or if he hung up on me, he lied. Then, I informed him that Joyce had gotten and given bad financial planning advice (wait...isn't that what they do) and he said he couldn't go back in time to change anything. He was arrogant, rude, and cavalier with my retirement money. Not something you want in a financial planner and one who claimed to be a managing partner. I let him know I would share my poor experience and he said rudely, "Coni, you share your experience with whoever you want." and abruptly hung up on me again. My advice, if you're looking at the Lotter Group, keep looking. They don't give good advice, they are rude, and hard to get a hold of once they have your money.
