I received exceptional service from Leyla, an associate at Burch Shepard Family Law. Leyla was simply magnificent and provided clear and honest advice as well as fabulous support during a very emotional and relocation time for me. Leyla was extremely responsive to any questions or queries I may have had and always responded in a timely fashion. Leyla was always professional and showed empathy and guidance which I am truly grateful for and I genuinely do not believe that I would have succeeded without Leyla as she provided me with the confidence to fight and continue during a very difficult and distressing time for my family. I hired Courtney Shepard after having been represented by two previous firms that didn't work out. I told Courtney in our first meeting that I wanted "to be a part of the process", and to let me be involved in all decisions. She did a great job of following-through with this request. She was up-front and honest with me about potential outcomes when we came to a major decision point. When I wanted something done, she and her team handled it quickly and professionally.
