Ive been coming downstairs to this deli for a long time there used to be a nice young girl that worked there ive never had any problems. They recently hired this awful lady with a. buzz cut and i refused to even go down there anymore. The lady was incredibly rude, she couldnt be bothered to take my order while i stood there patiently in front of her and then when i asked her a simple question she snapped at me and gave no regard to customer service. this lady is a rude person and has had complaints from multiple people in the building. she should not be working in any customer service type job especially in a medical building.
