        Drink was good, but I have to give them a bad mark, because they had their bathroom closed, even though they are open. A mother asked if she could please take her little boy in, because he really had to go, but they said it was "closed". Not for repairs, but just closed??? Very grinchlike for 2 weeks before Christmas.

        We explained to the people we need to use the restroom. They ask us to purchase something, so we oblige and pay 13 dollars for 2 coffees. They then after charging us tell us the restroom is closed and to please leave. Congratulations Starbucks, you just lost a customer for life. I'm beyond disappointed with the company and just the lack of respect.
