AG Jeans

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced both at any AG Jeans store or any store at Fashion Island. I was unable to reach anyone on the phone and then when someone did answer, they immediately hung up. Ridiculous.

Professional attitudes and they are very welcoming. Was pleasantly surprised how patient they were with me while I tried on several pairs. My chino pants were tailored perfectly (and very quickly too!) and you cannot beat the quality of their products, definitely coming back soon!

Love the store, freaking love the jeans. If you go there ask for Taz! She is super friendly, helpful and really cool!

That store has the WORST customer service.  I don't know what happened to the people working there, but I've never felt so ignored and talked to in such a cold manner.  The only reason I went there is because I LOVE those AG Jeans and they were on sale. These jeans are truly the best! First time I went and got a pair of jeans, I was treated as if I were invisible. I didn't make a big deal of it; I was just happy to get my jeans. The second time, the service from the two saleswomen was totally unfriendly.  I asked one of them if my jeans have been altered, and without looking at me she replied "If we didn't give you a call then they're not." I asked her if she could still check, and so she did,  and sure enough she came back with the jeans!!!!   She handed them to be without any word, as in the form of a little apology, or even a smile!!I  I left frustrated!!If I could give less than 1 Star to this store, I would!!!
