Sooo Digimapps called me out of the blue and suggested that they wanted to write an article about my small tour business....I was skeptical at first....but process was very easy, and everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly. The article they wrote about my business was spectacular and It got me a lot of exposure! Overall it was an awesome experience.

Absolutely horrible! Do not believe anything these people have to say. They do not keep promises, they do not offer refunds after reneging on agreements, they post erroneous information on your business etc. STAY AWAY!

I wish we had read the reviews for this company before we agreed to sign up. Lesson learned. I am the manager of a small restaurant in Hilton Head Island. Digimapps was sold to us as a form of advertising through a local hotel concierge. The proposal was promising at the beginning, it looked good on paper. But once it was executed we realized it was a waste of money. Not only we did not get a single customer through them, but they were not really involved in any kind of follow up, to see if we were seeing any results. Along with advertising we were given a complimentary “router”, that was not compatible with our WiFi, also realized that it was more beneficial for them (they could get any of our customer’s information - who ever used this router to sign in on our WiFi) They wanted us to still try it at no cost for 3 months - again we didn’t use it because it wasn’t compatible with our internet. We asked for a return label to send it back, but it took us nearly 3weeks to find out our “rep” was no longer with the company and that they have actually charged $200 a month (even those 3 complementary ones). A so called Client liaison (seems like this person wears different hats within the company - but still can’t get our refund processed) responded and said we would get a refund on those unauthorized charges. Supposedly a check was being mailed to us. That was a month ago! Now, they are not answering to our emails or calling us back. We are now taking extreme actions to get these unauthorized charges back into our account. So if you are thinking about using them as a mean of advertising DON,’T. STAY AWAY!

Stay away from Digimapps. Here is my bad experience and loss of money: I’m the owner of a helicopter tour company in Kansas City. Digimapps reached out to me multiple times about advertising on a new online platform with the Hotel Phillips. I decided to try it out to reach tourists staying downtown. I chose to do the cheaper option of the two and got my account going. The next day I was billed for the more expensive option. I called to let them know and he said he it would be fixed right away. Month two comes along and I’m billed again for the more expensive option. Two months into it we only had one lead and at this point I told them about the second overcharge and that I would like to cancel. They told me it would be canceled and I could expect a refund. The third month comes along and I am charged again for the more expensive option after they told me they had canceled it. I had multiple people throughout this time tell me my account is canceled and I will get a refund. Since they were nice I believed them and expected no more charges to happen. I got billed a fourth time and this was after I canceled the account two months prior. Everyone that answers is nice, but they continue to make false promises. They will tell you that you are priority number one and that they are working everyday to get this issue resolved. The people I talk to now say they have done all they have the power to do and their accounting department is in a different building. This is the reason it takes so long. I have called them every week and they continue to say that it’s going to be settled this week! Save your money and time by staying away from Digimapps. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the continued payments from leaving my account after I canceled months ago.
