The product itself was good. I ordered a hazmat suit from them for a film production, looks great, probably also works great. My biggest issue and the reason why I'm giving them 1 star is that literally since I bought it, they keep calling me. For a year and a half I'll wake up to voicemails and missed calls from Enviro Safety asking to call them back I told them to stop and they did for a while but I have received literally 3 calls from them just this morning. It's ridiculous and I recommend that everyone stay away from them as long they continue to pester customers like this.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Sean for his outstanding customer service this morning.  I haven't had customer service like that in years.  I'm just starting out with some crafting projects that will need a respirator and mask (1 of each!) and he went above and beyond in reaching out to the manufacturer with my questions and promptly called me back within an hour with all questions answered.  I realize he probably deals in much higher volumes than the lil' ole' lady from FL and her crafting project.  He was simply amazing and deserves the recognition.  Thank you Sean!!!  And thank you envirosafety! ;)
