        Not to be trusted!!! Do not move forward with Richard H and his team. He advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, yet sold me 18 windows that dont seal from a poor installation and faulty weather stripping from the manufacturer Anlin. When Richard was approached about the weather stripping he claimed that it looks just fine to him. When the Anlin rep arrived they confirmed it was improperly installed and would need to replace it on every window. Richard provided subpar installation service and substandard windows. Guess you get what you pay for! I would never advise anyone to pursue Construction Concerns services as I have grave concerns about the products they represent and the installation/service they provide.

        . Two main reasons I highly recommend construction concern. The quality of the work was impeccable on a special order very large arched window. My brother ordered the window but he does not have a cell phone or computer so it was difficult for them to contact him for install. I contacted them and they were very accommodating and scheduled us very quickly for the install. They did an excellent job, they were on time and worked efficiently. Communication was excellent.

        I can't give praise enough for this company. From the presentation of the project to the installation, the professionalism, precision and skills were just fantastic. Waylan gave us very informative and thorough presentation and the crew who came to install our windows a month later were top notch. They worked diligently from 8am to 4pm to make sure that all the windows were installed properly. They sealed everything inside and outside. I can't thank them enough. They covered everything in hour house to make sure nothing would be damaged and they cleaned and vacuumed everything after the installation. Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

      Mr Damyan, It is very unfortunate that our business relationship has deteriorated as it has. Naturally this is never the desired outcome when working with our clients. We always strive to give our clients an amazing and seamless experience. Our 40 years of business in good standing will attest to that. We regret that this was not your experience. At the time of the installation you were very happy with the work our crew did. Your complaint was with the weatherstripping on your windows, not the installation. We contacted the window manufacturer and had them come out to replace the weatherstripping. They also confirmed that the windows were install properly and to their specifications. As you experienced Anlin stands by their product and so does Construction Concern. We hope this is the resolution you were hoping for and that you are happy with the final result.
