This company is amazing!!! My well went out and I have a funeral in a couple days here at the property. Saying I was stressed was a understatement! Steve and Clayton showed up and diagnosed the problem right away. They realized that the well pump had to be pulled. Even though the company was very busy, they said "we will get it done one way or another before the funeral". And sure enough...the next morning they showed up with a crain truck and got it fixed right away!!! I could not be happier with there services and price was amazing. I recommend using this company and they have a customer for life.

We had been without a working well for 3 weeks. My husband even replaced the pressure tank and found it still didn't fix the problem, he told me to research and find a well service. I got a recommendation off of Facebook for American Well Drilling & Pump Svc that said they are fair, honest and extremely helpful, so I called. Oh my - that referral was spot-on. Steve and crew came out the same day and checked everything over. He told me my husband did a great job on installing the tank, but for some reason we weren't getting power to the tank. He traced it to the circuit breaker and the wiring at the well. The line was shorting. They ran a wire 300 ft from the well to the house and "Hallelujah"! we had water flowing. He was kind enough to leave his wire for us through the weekend so my husband could buy our own wire and run it to the well. He charged us astonishing little for all the work he did and refused the tip I offered. This is my well service for as long as I own a well. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for their prompt, friendly and affordable service. 5 stars is not enough, but it's all I have available.

These guys are life savers! My water was not running and I did some diagnosis but couldn't figure out what the problem was. I knew it had something to do with the well pump. I searched yelp and called these guys at 9 o'clock at night, hoping they would call me back in the morning. At around 7 AM they called me back and Clayton was out here by noon diagnosing and fixing the problem.  They had a well pump on the truck and swapped it out in no time.  They showed me how everything worked so that I could fix it next time, were super professional and very responsive. I would highly recommend these guys.

We have had a recurring problem with our well water reaching our house, and this morning our usual fixes did not do the trick.  So on the basis of a trusted recommendation, we called American Well Drilling for help.  Within half an hour Clayton arrived and after running some tests, restored the water supply.  Unlike other companies that have come out, he ran another series of thorough tests to isolate the problem, which was a faulty filtration system recently put in by another company.  He recommended a local company to repair or replace the equipment, and suggested turning off the system until an expert from that company could examine it.  He then volunteered to call back periodically until then to make sure the water keeps flowing.  To anyone experiencing well water interruption problems, I 100% recommend Clayton and his company.    They are through, honest and fair, the price they charged was fair, and if you have an emergency, they are responsive, professional and results-oriented.
