Food was jot packaged right and we where unable to decide who's food was who's..... Just keep driving to the nearest Taco bell

I will change back to five stars when the place decides (1) not to be “drive-through only” anymore, and (2) allow outdoor seating. I want to eat the food while still hot/fresh (especially the fries), and I don’t want to eat in my car. I live 20-30 minutes away.
Some feedback from the owner here would be appreciated.
If you want to be a drive-up catering business from now on instead of a restaurant, that’s your right as the owner, but it leaves me heartbroken and disappointed. I still love the food, and it’s 1000 times better than Taco Bell.
