        So very disappointed. Server kept saying I was ordering medium rare. I repeated 4 times Black and blue with salad (no beans) and baked potato. Of course I got medium rare with beans. Not seared on outside at all. This was my moms favorite restaurant and she passed away not long ago and wanted to commorate her. I guess I can only do this sitting in the restaurant. I will try 1 more time before I say goodbye to the willo.

        Had a great birthday dinner. The ribs were outstanding. I enjoyed the beans too.

      All due respect Robin, not the complete story.1. This order was phoned in to go.2. Our manager took the order himself. The order was for a medium rare steak to go. He read back the order to you or whomever placed the order.3. When you picked up the dinner he went over the order with you and then you said you wanted it black and blue.4. He offered to cook you another steak but you declined.5. We do not offer a black and blue steak to go- too difficult to control.We are happy that this was your mother's favorite place and we'd like to make it one of your favorite places as well.Please come into the restaurant and we'd be happy to prepare your steak black and blue and you can enjoy it here right off the grill.
