      image Patricia was very rude! I'm trying to tell her I'm missing an item even told her she can check all my stuff even my bag! But she insist that I have everything. She raises her voice at me too! That's not a proper way to handle a customer. So what I did is I return everything just to prove my point! And guess what?! Yap, im missing an item! She did not even bother to apologize. Please train your employees to be better in handling situations like this. But overall the rest of the stuff are friendly and accomodating. Except her.
