They charged FIVE times what our previous CPA charged.  The person who recommended them and our new Enrolled Agent were both very shocked at the amount.It is clear they felt they could overcharge deliberately because of our income.I find that extremely untrustworthy and will tell anyone who asks, not to use them.

The team at Ganze and Company has taken great care of me and my company over the years. They've always done great job on my taxes and helping with my company's accounting.  I consider them a great asset for sound financial and operational advice.

This is a fantastic accounting office, with gifted staff who are very responsive to inquiries and problems from their clients.  This firm is highly recommended.

John Dillinger of this firm is a fine accountant who diligently attends to the needs of his clients.  Unfortunately, Mr. Dillinger does not manage the firm.  Ganze and Co. seems to operate on a two-tier system, with "real" clients and other ones.  Having once been shooed off the phone by a partner who told me he had to go take care of his "real clients", I assume I was in the latter category.  I had been this partner's client for nearly 30 years.  Having referred family, friends, clients and trusts to his care over that time, I can only imagine what it takes to become a "real" client of the firm.  I assume that real clients are treated better than the others, or Ganze and Co. would be out of business.In my opinion, shared by many of my referrals who have since gone elsewhere, Ganze & Co. subscribes to the George W. Bush philosophy:  Never admit error, weakness or failing, never regret an action, never accept responsibility. Anything that goes wrong is someone else's fault.I'm ending my relationship with this firm as soon as I distribute and complete tax returns for two rather complex trusts that are winding up.  I half expect that Ganze and Co. will "fire" me and refuse further work on these trusts if they read this review.  Should they try to do so, I'll update accordingly and take whatever other action is appropriate.For what it's worth, I understand that Mr. Dillinger has left the company and has opened his own firm in San Francisco, Dillinger Carter & Associates.
