Highly recommend Kris, Katie and their team! We had a Napa triplex to sell. We signed with Kris & co on Jan 14th and had closed the sale by Mar 1 for nearly 10% over asking price (and asking was higher than what we thought was possible). Very responsive and professional! They were great working with our three tenants for cleanings/photos/visits during selling process.

Would like to say again how much we appreciate Kris.  We purchased and sold 2 houses with him.  Since then, 3 more homes.  He set the bar very high.  We have been comparing his skills and communication to our past several agents and they have all fallen short.  Kris is by far the best agent I've ever used.  We are currently on our 6th home purchase and wish we could bring Kris with us.
