This was my 7th visit to Napa and by far one of the best thanks to Alex and his team at Napa Luxury Coach. Vugar was our driver for 5 consecutive full days and was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend using them and will continue to use them going forward on my trips to Napa.

We recently hosted a Private Wine Tour for a 30-person Wedding Group and simply could not have been more grateful to have partnered with Napa Luxury Coach. Alex served as our main point of contact during the Planning Process. He was kind, responsive, prompt, and professional. Our drivers each arrived on-site either early or promptly on-time and our experience was very positive. Even when we extended our time by 30-minutes, our drivers (especially Santiago--who we loved!) were accommodating, friendly, and happy to help! We highly recommend Napa Luxury Coach and hope to work with them again in the future!

Girls trip to Napa and using this company was the best decision we ever made! We had 3 wineries and dinner booked for Saturday. The reservation process was seamless, Alex was absolutely fantastic. We even had a last minute change and needed to be picked up earlier and they accommodated us with no problem. Our driver Tony was the best part of the whole experience! He was so friendly, professional, and had great knowledge of the region that he shared with us along the drive. He kept us on time, had waters waiting for us, gave us great recommendations and was super easy to communicate with. Do yourself a favor and book this company, you will not regret it!!!

We recently came to Napa for a conference and scheduled a day of wine tasting with Napa Luxury Coach. Our driver, Marco, was absolutely amazing!! He is professional, on time, great to talk to, and goes above and beyond! He kept us on time between stops and made sure we were well taken care of at each winery. He had cold waters for us between stops. He was able to take all our purchases back to our hotel and even offered to go and pick up food for us as needed! He was also our photographer! We went a couple hours over our scheduled time and he didn’t mind at all! We never felt like he was just doing a job and trying to get done. He helped give recommendations for places to visit and see on other days of our trip. And here’s the BEST part, he helped us make a lunch reservation for the following day. When we sat down for our lunch, the manager brought us wine compliments of Marco! That’s the definition of going above & beyond! Thank you Marco & Napa Luxury Coach for an amazing tour & experience. We are definitely leaving Napa with a new friend also!

I used Napa Luxury Coach for a wine tour this past weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday. Our driver, Marco M., was amazing!! He was on time, professional, friendly and a sincerely warm person. I have used car services many times; and often the drivers are robotic and just there to get the job done. Marco added a human element to the experience. We all really liked him, so much so, we asked if he would take these photos with us so we would always remember him.
